We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Shipping Policy

 

We offer Worldwide Free shipping on orders over $225 no matter the size or weight of the package, and the delivery destination. For orders under $225 we offer a flat rate shipping of $17.90 no matter  the size or weight of the package. Except for Express shipping, it’s a flat charge of $19.50 over $225 and $38 below $225.  We ship to you worldwide within 24-48 hours using FedEx Economy, Fedex Express or UPS.

Note: For your first time purchases, your delivery address MUST match the credit card address for security purposes.



Global Customers Shipping

 

  • International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes
  • Contact your local authority for questions related to the amount of duties or taxes you will be responsible for. We can deliver worldwide; however, delivery times may increase depending on the delivery destination. The average delivery time within Europe is 3 business days. For shipping destinations outside Europe, such as North America and Asia, the delivery time is 5 business days.

    For larger orders that might include an additional discount, a member of our customer services team will contact the client to discuss shipment details and delivery time.

    Verification is required if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that shown on the transport document, if the packaging is intact, and/or if the product matches the order. If this is the case, customers must sign the delivery correspondents with the right to check the integrity of the products”. If this fails to be completed, customers may not dispute the non-matching appearance or quantity of the product ordered after delivery. Lost or damaged packages are insured a maximum amount of 30€ unless agreed upon differently from the buyer and added as a note when making a purchase.

    Custom operations are handled by suppliers together with the FedEx /DHL / UPS customs agency for shipments outside the EU. Any documentation needed will be provided by Our suppliers to have the package cleared if necessary. Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund except for Final Sale items. Be sure to review all item details before buying. If there's a problem with your order, please Contact Us within 4 days of delivery. You are required to pay the return shipping costs. But if the return is a result of our error, we will cover the return fee if (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
